Hey, I'm Keegs!!

After a decade in liquor retail, I finally got off my backside and chased my dream career in radio where I've enjoyed a full time role for the past 5 years.

Starting my journey modestly at a community radio station in Bendigo, putting together my own music show while occasionally voicing sponsorship spots. The passion for radio was ignited! I signed up for the Advanced Radio course at the Radio Training Institute in Melbourne. After graduating, I landed my first full time role at Swan Hill's Mixx FM as an announcer and creative writer.

Since May 2018, I've been at Coast FM in Warrnambool where you can hear me on the air across the Ace Radio Network from 1pm to 3pm. I've also got my work cut out for myself as a part of the digital team where we continue to do some great work across Coast FM and 3YBFM's social media platforms. When the time calls, I can also produce up a mean commercial or two from the basic concept for the campaign, through to writing, voicing and finally producing the audio to go to air.

When I'm not kicking around the halls of the radio station, I'm at home either catching up on whatever TV show I've been binging on or spinning tunes on my DJ decks with dreams of getting a crowd going off tap at some of the Great South Coast's biggest parties.
